I felt the need to create this topic, because I was unable to locate a similiar thread. As you may or may not know, I've been studying awhile now for my G.E.D. You may also know that I attended the first half of the G.E.D. testing on October 9th. Well, I'd just like to inform you that I finished the second half of the testing yesterday, and I strongly believe I've done very well on each portion of the test. I'll have access to my score's next thursday, so I'll know officially if I passed the test then. I just wanted to let you guys know why I haven't been very active on the site lately. I haven't really been playing any videogames either, so I haven't had much to discuss with you guys. I also thought we could use a thread like this, so we can discuss everyday life and other miscellaneous subjects.

I just purchased a bottle of sweet red wine, to celebrate my educational achievement. I really wish I could make a toast with all of you guys, but since that's not possible, I'll make sure I make a toast tonight, all by myself, to good friends like you guys. "To good friends like: Mr.187, RoryLee, Zach, Tech, Brian, LTG, Soundwav and I guess I could include Chris too." Lol!

I just purchased a bottle of Captain Morgan, so I also give a toast to all the members .

And good luck with your test. I know you shouldn't have a problem with it, but I'll still wish you the best.

Yeah, I couldn't afford a bottle of Captain Morgan Rory, because it wasn't actually my money that paid for the wine.

By the way, I'm almost positive that I passed all portions of the G.E.D. test Rory. That's why I'm confident enough to celebrate beforehand.

SALUTE!

G.E.D. is an abbreviation for, "General Education Diploma". Which is the equivalent of earning a highschool diploma.

I have no idea, I'm not really interested in the UK's educational system... or any countries educational system for that matter lol. Education = boring crap... but unfortunately necessary. :(

But I will agree with you that Americans are rather dumb... I mean, you can't even pronounce aluminium properly.

Aloominum....
I still have to get my G.E.D. I'll try to get my lazy ass to work on it this winter. It's gonna be tough as hell to get motivated once I get my hands on the WiiU. And I also want to get my CDL(Commercial Drivers License), so I might be busy studying this year.
